Our care visits service is here to provide the support you require as and when you need it. We take great care to tailor the care each customer receives to their wishes and visits can range from half an hour to multiple hours. The first step to arranging your care visits service is a home assessment where we will discuss the options available to you. When continual care is required often people will choose to opt for a care home, however live-in care enables you to remain in the comfort of your own home for as long as possible. Our live-in care service can provide a carer who will be there as and when you need them. Due to age or illness, we may not be able to do the things we once did as easily as we used to and our carers are experienced in supporting our customers with personal care as they need it. This includes getting washed, dressed, and ready for the day along with the reverse in the evening. We take great care to put you in control and our carers are there to offer as much or as little support as you need.

Our team of carers are trained to be able to support with prescribed medication and creams if it is required. Sometimes all that is needed is a friendly face to pop in and check you haven’t forgotten or prompt it and sometimes support with administrating it is required. Most customers have their medication stored in a dossett box from the pharmacy. This is often the easiest option and we can advise on how to set this service up if needed.

Some of our customers do not require physical support, but rather benefit from assistance with domestic tasks around the house. This includes things such as washing, cleaning, ironing, making the bed and generally help with running the home. We make sure that our customers see a regular face as this helps not only with familiarity of the support that is provided, but also in building up a friendship and having a good chat!

The right nutritional meals are an extremely important factor in maintaining your health and we are able to provide support with meal preparation as required. This may include preparing breakfast and leaving a sandwich out for lunch or popping in to heat up a meal in the evening. In addition, we are able to visit and provide a basic home cooked meal if that is required.
